iphone compatibility with Dexcom6

I need to replace my iphone 5 but am struggling to find a compatible iphone for my Dexcom6. Dexcom says it only works with up to ios 14.6 and all new iphones and the second hand ones I can find, are already updated to ios 15. Am wondering how others get round this? Only thing I can think to do is to buy a used phone on ios 15 and wait for Dexcom to say its compatible. Or is Dexcom just being cautious and will it work on ios 15?
 
Are you a member of Facebook? There are a few Dexcom groups on there with folk with great tech knowledge so it may be worth asking on there xx
 
It works with IOS15 don’t worry.
 
I have an iphone 7 and it works fine on IOS15 no problem
I hope you are aware that the G7 is coming out this year so make sure your new phone is compatible with the G7.
