iPhone 12ipdated to18.3.1 now libre2 plus not reading

I recently updated my iPhone 12pro to18.3.1 now libre2plus not reading sensor.I deleted libre app and downloaded again,it’s reading again but lost all my data.
No warning regarding this update from Abbot.

I’ve put off downloading it, you can get your history in Libre view
 
For my system (not Libre) I am advised not to use the automated update. I wait for them to tell us it is okay to update, or just leave it as it is, since I am old school and do not use a lot of the facilities that get updated.
