Gonna try a new thing for pud tonight. Cream cheese mixed with double cream, raw cacoa powder & a bit of sweetener. See what happens. Hopefully it won't taste powdery.🙂 Might top it with some blackberries.🙂

Best of luck, do give your local A&E some warning though, just in case😱

Melt the cocoa in a little hot water first, that should take care of it. Sounds promising though, keep us posted.

Too late, I've already done it.😳 But it seems to have worked.🙂 It wasn't chocolatey enough, so I melted some 85% choccy & mixed that in. Tastes not bad. I've also sprinkled some cocoa nibs on top.🙂

When I need a chocolate fix (which is pretty much every day) I make something along the same lines. I have an old Nutella jar in the fridge which contains a blend of melted butter, vanilla paste, water and cocoa. I mix a dollop of this into some full fat yogurt and eat it with a teaspoon to make it last as long as possible. It hits the spot every time. I also freeze the chocolatey yogurt in an ice-cube tray and blitz the cubes to make an ice-cream style treat. This comes in at c80 calories (per 1/2 cup portion) and contains minimal carbs. Jobs a goodun!

Edit: I also add a bit of Stevia...of course.

Talking of making it last as long as possible...
When I was in Russia, I was told that the ballerinas have yoghurt for a treat... which they eat with a fork😱

I'm going to give it a whirl and see how long I can make one last :D

Sounds so delicious, going to see how many ingredients I have!

I didn't measure anything. I used a whole tub of cream cheese & a medium sized tub of double cream. I whisked up the cream first then added it to the cream cheese. This takes a lot of beating as it's very thick. Then i added cacao until it tasted farely chocolatey. Added sweetener to taste, then added melted choc which really made it a rich choccy flavour. This makes 2 very generous portions. I sprinkled it with cocoa nibs but crushed nuts or berries would also work.

A pleasure. Literally. lol.

I have made the the 3 ingredient fudge. the choc mint ones, another batch of the fudge with cashew butter instead of peanut, and some halva ones with tahini and cream cheese. All so far have been divine.

Keep intending to make the egg and bacon ones too, but then the bacon always seems to 'disappear' before I can get to it.

Sorry for the derailment @Mark Parrott 🙂

That's OK, thanks for the recipe ideas.🙂
