Just made this meal up & it's in the oven at the mo. Chopped up some chicken, bacon, courgette, aubergine, celery, peppers & onion & fried them off in a pan. once chicken is sealed, pour into a dish & add chopped garlic & sliced chorizo. Then thinly sliced some squash & turnip & laid on top. Mixed double cream with wholegrain mustard & poured over the top then finally covered with grated cheese. Stick in the oven until cheeseis nicely browned.
