hi I`m redshoemamma been diabetic for 10 years or there about. started with metformin then glucobay was added, now been on Byetta plus metformin for a few years, but struggling at the moment,
Hi redshoemamma, welcome to the forum 🙂 In what way are you struggling, is it with your levels generally, or motivation? If we can be of help, just let us know 🙂 Sometimes it's a good idea to sit down and reassess things. It would be worth starting a food diary for a couple of weeks so that perhaps you could then identify areas of your diet - particularly your carbohydrate intake - might be adjusted to improve things. What about exercise, are you able to get some regular daily exercise in? thankyou for your kind words, i'm not very good with computers, hence my very long absence, i am coping much better with my diabetes at the moment, I have found Zumba for the over 50s, great tutor , so much fun, I do a lot of walking also,Hi redshoemamma, welcome to the forum 🙂 In what way are you struggling, is it with your levels generally, or motivation? There are an awful lot of people here who have found themselves in a similar position, so let us know where the problem areas are for you and hopefully we can help with strategies to overcome them 🙂
