Hi redshoemamma, welcome to the forum 🙂 In what way are you struggling, is it with your levels generally, or motivation? If we can be of help, just let us know 🙂 Sometimes it's a good idea to sit down and reassess things. It would be worth starting a food diary for a couple of weeks so that perhaps you could then identify areas of your diet - particularly your carbohydrate intake - might be adjusted to improve things. What about exercise, are you able to get some regular daily exercise in? If not, perhaps start thinking about something you might enjoy 🙂

There are an awful lot of people here who have found themselves in a similar position, so let us know where the problem areas are for you and hopefully we can help with strategies to overcome them 🙂

Glad to hear things are going much better 🙂 Any form of exercise is of great benefit to people with diabetes, and it sounds like you have discovered two forms of exercise that you enjoy and can stick with - great news! 🙂

Welcome back @redshoemamma !

Glad to hear things are going better for you.

Zumba sounds fun!
