How about Johnny Winter?
I have seen him twice at Frome Cheese & Grain. He sat both times, second time he had to be helped on stage by two roadies, but wow! His fingers moved in a blur.
Just checked on Wikipedia and he appears to be still with us.
Never got to see Edgar, well not knowingly, he may have been at the IoW in 1970, I can’t remember - if you know what I mean 😉. Jimi Hendrix was, but I don’t remember him either, but do listen to him a bit still. Might stick it on now….
