How often can insulin:carb ratios be changed?

Do you mean how many different ones can you have in a day? The answer to that is as many as you think you need, although more than one per mealtime gets a bit unnecessary and impossible to work out.
Or do you mean if you’ve just changed one how long should you wait until you change it again? For that I’d agree with @JJay, at least 3 or 4 days and see what happens each day and whether the change seems to be working well or not. If you go hypo every day after that meal then you’ve changed it too far and need to change it back again or set it somewhere in between. If you have one single hypo though that could be caused by all sorts of things, not necessarily the ratio change!

That's what I mean "if you've just changed one how long should you wait...." The breakfast ratio that I changed today will be longer than 3 or 4 days because I'm going away to Chester on Friday until Tuesday so I'm hoping I can leave any changes until maybe a few days after I'm back but having said that you never know when the diabetic fairy is going to strike!
