hi everyone,

can anyone recommend a good case to carry an insulin pen in?

looking for a smaller one to take out, and a larger travel one to store everything in

olly 🙂

It's been asked many times before, and I always suggest a cheap and cheerful pencil case - so much choice, you're bound to find something suitable, without paying silly money for a supposedly specially designed item.

I second the pencil case idea. 🙂

Yes you can't go wrong with a pencil case (or cases, if you want big and little!) 🙂

I've had 2 in my time I had a neoprene pencil case that I used every day for about 8 years until I moved from pens and didn't need it. My first one lasted a similar amount of time and I only changed it because I was bored of the colour 🙂

I think they cost me less than £5 each.

Minimalist. Pen and dextrosol in one pocket, meter in its case in the other never had any issues doing it this way for 30 years.

Some of the insulin pen suppliers will send one a pen case for free, when I looked like I was winning the one battle to go on victozia I called their c/s for advice and they sent me a couple of pen case for free, though that must of been over 3 years ago.
