Hello, I haven’t used that basal in years. But have been unexpectedly “invited out to stay for the night.” Do you have either a meter or sensor on you? Do you have your bolus insulin with you?? You might find yourself correcting the by at least the following day until time to give yourself the insulatard at your usual tiime.

Yes, you’ll be ok as long as your blood sugar isn’t too high. You’ll probably need to do correction doses with your bolus insulin today, so be ready for that.
