MILTON Keynes AirKix co-hosts national synchronised indoor skydive for type one diabetes research.
Eighty thrill-seekers will simulate a 24,000 ft skydive this month for JDRF – the type 1 diabetes charity.
On 15 March, Milton Keynes AirKix – the indoor skydiving venue, will provide participants with the ultimate flying experience while raising money for a good cause. The sky dive will also be synchronised with AirKix venues in Basingstoke and Manchester.
The 400,000 people in the UK who live with type one diabetes - including 29,000 children - rely on multiple insulin injections or pump infusions every day just to stay alive.
