We just had a wonderful day at my daughters house.

However, my diet/meal control died a death as my normal foods were not available.

I ate 51.9g of carbohydrates in my afternoon snack !!!! Two and a half hours later my blood glucose was 4.5

Truly astonishing.

Makes me wonder if I am diabetic at all. Hmmm.
