Both sites say the same: each packet is 18.5g, the carb content is 71.3 per 100g packet contents, so 71.3/100*18.5 gives you 13.2g per drink, it's irrelevant on the mug size. If you make the mug to the recommended size of 240ml then per 100ml it's 5.5g carb, but who cares, you're going to drink the lot.
I know I did the maths too but exactly who's going to drink 100ml of it unless they forget half way through drinking it, better not do that haha x
 
Well per 100g of powder works out to the carbs in a sachet with the mug of water but I just wondered haha sorry 🙂 x
Goodness, Kaylz, you've had us all exercising our brains, and at this time of night! It's probably kept a few more brain cells from falling out overnight!
 
Exercise 1: take mug and put on scales, now take choco packet and fill with hot water, count till mug is full. Write down results and stick to in
