Thought I would try another of my pointless experiments. I was bored.

I decided to test myself two hours after I finished my meal rather than the usual two hours after first mouthful. I did this a few times and the result was always a marginally higher result (,eg 6.1 instead of 5.9). I presume that was because I gave my body a bit longer to process the food. Is that correct?

Those readings are essentially the same, within the accuracy of the monitor.

Yes that is correct. Gold star for you.
Thank you. It's been a v ery long time since I received a gold star nor did I receive them on a regular or even semi regular basis.
