Hi there,
Last week I had a bit of a wobble with my blood sugar, and in retrosepect went about things in the wrong way. I suspected a possibility of T2 diabeties and ask my wife to bring a kit back from work (she is a nurse) I tested my bloods last night and it gave a reading of 26.7 which I'm lead to believe isn't very good, this morning it was down to 15.07 and I'm looking to get it under 5 by the weekend. The reason I'm in denial is all previous checks have been clear and there's no history of Diabetes in the family. But I'm aware that my lifestyle isn't the most angelic when it comes to exercise and alcohol, I'm taking this as my body firing a warning shot across the bows and address some of the danger points. If it turns out that I am T2 then I raise to the challenge and reverse it.
