Yesterday I had problems with my pump communicating with the handset so I called the Accu-Chek helpline. They almost sorted the problem and I finally got it right when I got home from work.
This morning I had a call from their Helpline to make sure everything was sorted out properly. Very good customer service. 🙂🙂
