Relationship to Diabetes

I have just had a call from the diabetes nurse at the Practice just to check that all is well with my diabetes
Checking that I have all I need, and that I am familiar with the Sick Day Rules.
 
I yesterday thought when I washed my peak flow meter, that I could probably do with a new one one, could not remember how long I had it but knew it was years ago.
So I went online and asked for a replacement in the special request box of the online prescription request. I looked online this morning, was suprised they have already put the request through.
So I have sent a thank you email.

They must have so much on their plates, and it’s great that they are being proactive and reaching out to you
