Good evening,
Was in the process of sending off the DIAB1 form but i need clarification if i need to send it.
I'm controlling my Bg very well with diet and 1 tablet of 40 mg of Gliclazide a day.
According to the DVLA website, i don't need to inform them as I'm not on insulin and haven't experienced any hypos.

Any advice please?

Jamie.

My understanding is that you don't need to inform the DVLA if you are just on Gliclazide

For an ordinary licence no you don't need to tell them, for taxi and HGV then you do.
