How do you manage your diabetes? Do you take medication or perhaps inject insulin or are you managing it through diet and exercise alone? If on medication, would you like to tell us which one(s).
23 years is a long time. You must be an old hand at it! Is there anything that brings you to the forum to make contact with other people who face the same challenges at this time ie. are you having particular problems that you need help and support with, or are you looking to just compare notes with others and perhaps share your extensive experience.
