After my hba1c went up at my last review my gp added another tablet to my growing list.
I've been keeping a food diary again and went back to basics.
I even invested in a libre sensor for a couple of weeks to keep a closer eye on things.
I've got to have blood tests again in july to see if the additional medication and me being even more sensible has helped.
My estimate hba1c on the libre is saying 46 (we shall see what happens).
I've been in target for majority of the time though, which for me is a vast improvement.

Hope the estimate is right for you, but mine even with continuous use, is out for me, being about 4-6 points lower.
If it's out by 4-6 with me it's still an improvement.

Those are stunning TIR stats @Stitch147

I know plenty of non-D folks who have had more ragged BGs while wearing a sensor than that!

I'm just hoping I can keep at it and dont start slipping into bad habits and get my hba1c down again.
