This is driving me mad , every night I'm crying myself to sleep .... I need someone to talk too , I'm dyslexic and using a voices controlled computer . It's lke none of us are human anymore , when we used to right letters or put post it notes out for our friends .
I know one thing for definite , I am becoming recluse

The reason I don't answer your responses is because I have to put it threw this vr programme and if I have niebours here I don't want them too know

Oh Darren. I am so sorry you are feeling so low at the moment. I'm sure a lot of us on here have felt like this, from time to time. Have you spoken to your doctor about your feelings? I'm sure your doctor would be able to help you. Maybe some sort of counselling would help.

Darren I'm sorry to hear how fed up you are feeling. I know how frustrating it is when you have to use special programmes eg if I want to read a printed book I have to scan all of the pages with a special camera so that I can enlarge it and read it in large print. Similarly if I am reading a lot for my studying then I have to get the computer to speak it too me otherwise it's too much of a strain (one of my eyes has a damaged macula). I hope that you feel more positive soon.

Hi Darren,
My son is dyslexic and has the same problem like you . Some years ago he wouldn't even text me on his mobile . When I asked him why he never answer me ,he said to be too ashamed . I was very angry about this and told him , do you think I care about some spelling mistakes ...
It is only about trust ! You will be surprise how many people have a problem like you . My solution , tell them ( what you did today ) , laugh it off , ( some
times it the best you can do ) , dont make a problem out of a problem . There is help out there , like your programm . You are not allone .
By the way , me as a for foreigner used to make spelling mistakes all the time , sometimes people don't even understand what I mean , do I care ? NO

Best
Gabi

Hi Darren,

I just wanted to say that from everything you've posted on this & other threads you come across as a really nice person...it does also sound like things (some silly people?) are starting to get you down? I think the suggestion of having a chat with your GP is a really good one...the diabetes & dyslexia are enough to deal with but if you're feeling down too it seems like it might be time to see if your GP can help, whether with counselling or something else. You shouldn't be made to feel like a recluse by these things, you deserve better. Take care & be kind to yourself - remember the bad times do pass. ((((hug)))).
