Hi all, not been on for a while. Hope everyone is coping and doing well. I've been on a long session of working nights which causes havoc with my body clock & social life. Helath wise i'm doing well, still going to the gym regularly, eating well and i feel healthier than i have for years. This month i have my latest meeting with my Diabetic Nurse for tests and progress report. Hopefully they will be pleased. My weight loss has levelled off but with all the gym work i'm not surprised. I'll try and keep up to date more on here but i've been needing my beauty sleep 😉😎

All the best to everyone and keep up the good work guys.
