im a veggie and im finding it really hard to eat now that im a diabetic. ive never eaten 4 meals a day and im findin it really hard to do. i love dairy products like cheese and eggs but im now worrying about my cholesteral (or however you spell it) the doctor has told me im over weight ( no s*** sherlock! ive been on a diet since i was 18!) but i love fruit and now i have to cut down on that 2 due to the natural sugars. im afraid of not eating in case i have a hyper or hypo so i would welcome any ideas about food that i could eat thats not gonna do me no harm xxxx cheers xxxx
