Hello!

I've just joined this site to support my father with his diabetes!! He's finding it hard to adjust his lifestyle🙂
 
May one enquire your dad's age? And what's he in hospital for - what other drugs is he on apart from metformin? What lifestyle changes is he having difficulty with?
 
It would be good to have some more information in order for us to help you.

Is your father even toy diagnosed?
Does he self test his BG levels?
What changes has he made already?

With more info we can direct you more effectively to resources that may help you and him.
