Relationship to Diabetes

we are off to london for a day trip tommow its going to take about 2 hrs to get home we leave at 5 so wont be back till 7-7.30 if we dont get chance to eat before we leave (i am hoping to) what can i have to snack on till we get back dont really want to carry anything around all day and i dont like dried fruits
any ideas please

Some nuts - easy to pick up at a railway station or a service station
 
How about cereal bars, easily fit in handbag or some crisps of the baked variety. Enjoy your trip 🙂
