Just out of curiosity, what is the average calorie intake for all the men out there..........?

I got sent a copy via snail mail. Very glossy. And yes, endorsed by a dietician.

I have just had a quick skim through and some of those meals are more carbs than I would eat in a whole day 😱
But saying that there's no reason not to adjust some of the recieps to make them lower carb or perhaps have a smaller portion.

It's not that well thought out and a waste of rather a lot of money.

Why have they decided a portion is 15 carbs? The American's use 15 carbs/portion Us Brits use 10 carbs/portion

Thanks guys, just wondering............I am trying to cut down, and this week so far have averaged 2187, which should be sufficient for me to lose weight..............I am 18 stone, 6foot.........but nothing seems to be happening.........

I'm no low carber but there are some very strange menus.
Bowl of soup, roll and a currant bun, no protein, potential for large variation in carb count. I suppose the currants in the bun count as fruit!
Why not drop the bun, swap the roll for a sandwich and add some salad?

On the second day of the plan 77% of the calories are provided by carbs, that is high in anyones book! (percentage carb varies a lot 41%-77%)
