Iberico Pork Sausages

Found a packet of Iberico Pork (spanish) sausages (6) with garlic and chorizo style flavour seasoning. Made by Outlanddish in Scotland, they only have 3.8g carbs per 100g (whole packet is 300g) and have 80% pork, more importantly they were really good.
You can maybe find them in Tesco and Morrisons in England and Aldi in Scotland. They are made by HighlandGame in Dundee as are the Wagyu burgers (£3 for 2 quarter pounders).
