Just got my latest test result. I anticipated a 46 or even 50. It came back at 37mmols/mol - my lowest yet.

I am not now going to let loose on the bread, chips, pasta and rice I am going to carry on and improve on this maybe.

I still need to drink less and walk more but I am so happy with this result.

No need for congratulations I feel smug enough. Lol.

well done great news

Ah that’s so great to hear @lordburnside

Congratulations that your hard work has been paying off 🙂

Congrats and well done, looks like whatever you are doing is paying off.
As others have said it will also inspire others too, as it shows that we can sometimes do something ourselves to improve our own situation.
Plus it makes a change to just read a good news story, what with all the doom and gloom in the World at the moment, so thanx for sharing....
Cheers 😎

Great result @lordburnside and plenty to feel smug about.
Your lifestyle changes are working. I hope my next results continue downwards.
