I've took a picture of part of my body but don't know how to put in on here , it says file is too big . Irony as my arms are so small and child like !

Hi Darren,

I bet if you could post your photo, you would still be the only one to think anything was wrong. People come in all shapes and sizes, and your height and weight put you in a completely normal range. I can understand that if you have lost a lot of weight rather quickly, then you will look unfamiliar to yourself in the mirror. You do need to seek help from your GP for your depression Darren, because it's a vicious circle - you are getting down because you think you're too thin, but maybe it's the depression that's making you see yourself that way, just as people with anorexia see themselves as being fat. Did you see the reply I posted on your thread yesterday? I suggested a list of things you could bring up with the GP. Don't struggle on alone when they are there to help 🙂

If you can resize photo, that's great. But, as others have said, it's your perception of situation, not your body size that is the problem. Perception is just as worthy of help and treatment as body size / weight loss.

So, please make appointment to see GP TODAY! And if you can't see GP today, and need to talk now, then phone a friend, or Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90. As Redkite says, going along to GP with a list of questions / things to raise is the thing to do - it will help both you and GP to get the best from your meeting.
