As some of you know I've been waking low for weeks now and sometimes ending up in the 7's by lunch but DSN thinks that's due to dipping too low in the night and having a slight dump BUT it has also happened on a couple of occasions when I have woken to a 4.9 etc, looking back this has happened when I've gone to bed above 6.0 so not having a biscuit so I THINK I'm dropping too low then as well x

I hope this helps you feel better. Does that mean you eat more biscuits? :D X

I'm still undecided whether I should try a biscuit when I'm 6.0 or above at bed time but that really does seem to be the pattern atm! xx
