Its the middle of the night and im wide awake. so just for something to do I thought i would look at my old posts since they kindly restored all the posts i made under the name gail1. not a good idea Some of them are fine but some you can tell I was ill. in fact some im suprised i got away with.. sorry about that but it was a time when i was very ill at times mental health wise.

Don't worry @gail2

Folks on the forum have always been rooting for you and wishing you well. We all have times where life is harder rather than easier - and having a place to share those struggles can help.

We have rules and guidelines in place for what people are allowed to post on the forum, and expected behaviour, to keep the forum as a friendly and supportive place.

Thanks thats one of the things i like about this site to me it feels safe and as if im speaking to a very close friend
