i love to walk miles, so been away walking level went down to 3,0 after an hour and half walk, drank some flavour water it went up, no toilets around, so had a wee in a hedge, looked up had a fella staring, , lol

Ah reminds me of my climbing days where we'd be out in the wilds pretty much all day.
At one climbing site the most useful places were under a tree with low hanging branches ... but that was right next to a track walkers occasionally used.
The other useful spot was knee high bracken on the bare hilltop ...with houses visible in the distance. We mostly opted for the bracken, and hoped no one had binoculars lol

Reminds me of my rambling group days - ladies to the front, gentlemen to the rear :D

Well who doesn't like to walk miles?...I love it too.My favourite walk is from I live to Richmond Upon Thames along the Thames Path. It's absolutely beautiful 🙂

When my daughter did her Himalayas trek they were told to take an umbrella, she was puzzled but it was for that very purpose to give some privacy in the middle of nowhere.

I’m a keen walker and walk miles. At my age wild wees are a regular part of my hobby!

We live alongside a river with a narrow road between us and the riverbank. We often see walkers with or without dogs and cyclists. Coming back from the local recycling centre the other day. Saw a man peeing against our boundary hedge. Husband opened car window and shouted " Oy stop p**sing on our hedge". Poor man jumped out of his skin.😱. He did apologise and said he couldn't wait. Didn't think to ask if he was diabetic. Wasn't that bothered anyway. At least he didn't leave litter which some of them do.

I came home one night about 3 am & have to navigate a narrow country lane to my house dropping off a main road. There was a car (metallic green Corsa) that looked abandoned just after my turning. As I dropped down onto the lane and about 20 meters down against a hedge I saw a “moon” in my head lights. I just stopped then a face turned & a young woman was adjusting a black party dress. She was so wasted & the lane was so narrow I had to stay stationary as she squeezed past, falling against my vehicle to get back to the main road. As I buried my head into the steering wheel to avoid eye contact. I just hope she wasn’t the driver?

A few years ago, I went on a trip to Ghana.
Public toilets there are a narrow stream running through a fenced off area. Women crouch either side of the stream to do their thing.
The group was made up of quite a few different ages. The younger women, in their teens and twenties, had no idea about squatting. They didn’t know what to do if there was nothing to sit on. Teaching them was an interesting conversation

my lastest walk, carmarthan bay,
Lovely part of UK. My late mother in law lived near Tenby for many years. We often walked from Amroth to Saundersfoot.

Heee this is a funny thread. Made my day.

I had to go one time on the way home from work Salford Quays, busy Chester Road Old Trafford, but when you gotta go there's no choice so behind a roadside Buddleja it was then. Got down okay as desperate than realised I couldn't get back up again. 🙄 I think about it every time I pass White City on the bus.

i went into the sea at saunderfoot, slipped on seaweed, cut my leg open 3 hour wait in a/e but had a great time, loved the beach,, x

We had a lovely holiday in Saundersfoot one year, and walked the coast path to Tenby almost without realising it. Beautiful spot.

Sorry to hear about your tumble @liver1047

Hope your leg isn’t too sore and recovers speedily 🙂
