Ouch! Nor me. The advantage of being an older woman with Bingo wings, I guess, sensor never has to go anywhere near a muscle!

Not snapped the filament but do occasionally get a dull pain after applying the sensor which normally wears off after a few hours. However, with my most recent one this dull pain lasted the whole 2 weeks. The sensor itself was firmly attached to the end and I was getting readings the first week but going into the later part of the second week I kept getting sensor errors and lost whole lots of data (the graph had gaps). I was on the verge of speaking to Abbott but as I was still getting some readings I didn't bother in the end.

Ouch! Sounds grim. You should report it to Abbott who will want to know the Lot no etc.

Sounds horrible.
Don't throw the sensor or filament away Abbott may well want them back, they may well send you a replacement sensor.
