A mother who has been charged in the death of her nine-year-old son after she failed to seek medical care for him said she thought he would be healed through prayer and faith.
Susan Grady, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is charged with second-degree manslaughter for the June 5, 2009, death of her son Aaron from complications relating to diabetes.
Prosecutors argue that the 43-year-old acted negligently by allowing her son?s condition to worsen by depriving him of medical attention.
