Type 1.5 LADA
I've recently bought Nairns Gluten Free Instant Porridge.

I thought it would be great for stabilising my blood sugars, and it did for the first week or so. 2 hours later and it would be around 6! Brilliant I thought!!

Now I had it today with yoghurt and it sent me to 11.2
BUT even without the yoghurt and the agave nectar which i've been having with it all along it seems to be still sending me to +10 after such good readings to begin with. This is after being 6 - 6.9 to begin with.

I do seem to have a bit of a cold at the moment, perhaps thats why? But why is nothing ever so simple...
 
I would suspect the cold as you have............

Our bodies adapt and change all the time, that's why its important to test frequently........

I hope your levels return to normal soon.........
