How is it when I was ill and adding lots of correction doses I had reasonable levels for half or more of the day.

When I started getting better I changed my background injection site and
I was able to still get those better levels but without any correction.

Now however, my requirements seem to be creeping up and the mornings are bad. I am hoping that maybe this is a few days of hormone interaction and not a sign of developing something.

Has anyone else found a slight improvement following infection then a deterioration ?

Thanks

Hope your levels get sorted soon. I find mine fluctuate especially after a cold, and before my period.

I've been really unwell this year and apart from when I had the DKA I found my levels were much better. I think it's because basically I wasn't doing anything other than sitting with my book and checking/correcting my levels. That's not a normal life though is it? As soon as I start doing things again I suspect I will get the hi's and lo's as normal. Hope you soon feel better. Love Karen.x
