Hi, I am new to the forum. I have type 2 and taking 3 types of tablets and inject insulin. I have been diabetic for about 12 years and you would think I was an expert by now, but unfortunately I still struggle to get good readings. I was given a 3rd medication which seems to be helping, fingers crossed.

Sometimes it can take a while to get the balance of meds and menu right, and to find the combinations that suit your diabetes. Plus, diabetes does have a habit of shifting the goalposts from time to time, so some people need to adjust their approaches as years progress.

Can you remember your most recent HbA1c result?

No can't remember my last HBA1c. I actually missed my last yearly review, had too much personal stuff going on. Now that things have settled I need to make another appointment.
