Hello and welcome
Would you like to tell us a little bit about yourself. For example, how you came to be told you were at risk of diabetes, your HbA1c result, any medications you are on. That way, we can tailor our replies to you. In the meantime, please ask any questions - we all had loads when we were first diagnosed. Nothing is silly.

Welcome to the forum @Yakubu1980

Sorry to hear you’ve been told you are at risk of developing diabetes.

What advice have you been offered to reduce your risk? How are things going so far?

Nothing really.just minding my diets and regular exercises
Diet is key to keeping things in check, what people think of as a healthy diet may not be quite so good if your body has a reduced ability to tolerate carbohydrates so being mindful of your portion sizes of high carb foods like potatoes, rice, pasta, bread and breakfast cereals which often are pushed as being healthy so only think about the more obvious cakes, biscuits and sugary drinks.
Have a look at this link for ideas and comparison which your current regime, designed for people who are diagnosed and need to lose weight but may have something useful to halt progression into the diabetic zone. https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/
