Looking forward to sharing my experiences and hearing from others who are on the diabetes to remission programme using the digital app Oviva. It’s early days for me (1st week) so this is a good starting point in this community.

How are you getting on with yours?

Not too bad, thank you @Babs Morgan I’ve had Type 1 diabetes 30 years now and kind of got used to it, but it can still be a pain having to think and plan so much.
