I have had occasional bouts of tinnitus over recent years that I have put down to growing less young! What I have noticed more recently is that a hypo cab trigger it but it then lasts for two or three hours. It is impossible to say when it stops as you suddenly realise it has stopped.

Has anyone noticed tinnitus as an impending hypo warning?

I have had tinnitus for about 25 years, mine never stops, but i find that high or low glucose can make it more intense. Drinking tea or coffee; being a bit stressed; feeling tired or excited also makes the tinnitus flare.

For me it's not a good hypo alarm. If it is for you then OK, your body has its own quirks, use them.
