Just a quickie how would I know if I were having a Hypo.Symptons ect...Or is it a case that you would just know.

Hi, can't add to the advice already given. Would like to add that anything you are concerned about is not stupid. If you don't ask you'll never find out. Sometimes the advice is to see a doctor, but most of the time someone will be able to help.
 
i personally start talking rubbish, followed by feeling tingly everywhere, i sweat quite a bit, my hands shake, i get really irritable (hard to spot if it is my lady time though)
