Just a quickie how would I know if I were having a Hypo.Symptons ect...Or is it a case that you would just know.

This thread has some detailed information. But basically without a meter to confirm it you don't definatly know.
I think you are just on metformin right? metformin doesn't cause the pancreas to produce more insulin so doesn't directly cause hypos. So you would be at reduced risk of hypos.

Hi, can't add to the advice already given. Would like to add that anything you are concerned about is not stupid. If you don't ask you'll never find out. Sometimes the advice is to see a doctor, but most of the time someone will be able to help.
i personally start talking rubbish, followed by feeling tingly everywhere, i sweat quite a bit, my hands shake, i get really irritable (hard to spot if it is my lady time though)
