No info on where it's from. Therefore no info on what one might deduce they are going to do with the info gleaned from you. Why do you even need to 'sign up' for it?

It's a DCUK site (in the small print at the very bottom), so your details are probably going to swell their database of diabetics 🙄
 
Why does this .uk domain have an American spelling? (e, not ae)
