Relationship to Diabetes

Hi there, yesterday I felt dreadful all day. I ended up at the hospital but it was packed. I knew I wasn't well but I left. I still don't feel right but have no idea how or if this is going to get better. I think it was a hyper and I was lucky to still be conscious. The diabetic nurse is going to ring me later but I think this needs further investigation. How I do that I don't know. Any ideas? Don't feel well whilst typing this message.
 
Hi Bellini do you monitor your blood sugar levels?
