How long does Humalog last for after being injected?

When does Humalog reach its peak?

Humalog is reckoned to start working after as little as 15 minutes, but probably nearer 30 minutes.

It peaks around the 90-120 minutes mark, maybe a bit more or less and lasts for about 4-6 hours before it's exhausted.

It varies a lot between people and injection sites. As well as factors such as exercise, temperature, stress levels, etc

When I was having trouble with overnight lows and my DSN said that if I was low 5 hours or more after eating/injecting my Humalog it was more likely to be the Levemir that was the problem.

From experience, I agree with Rob's timings.
