Hello

Could anyone tell me the exact name of Humalog cartridges. For some unknown reason despite getting them regularly for about 5 years, the last couple of times I have ended up with the pre filled pens instead. The receptionist who deals with the repeats says she cant find the catridges on the system.

So frustrating, I would much rather have the cartridges, but don't want to have to make an appointment with the docs to get.

The box I have says:

3ml 5 Cartridges Humalog 100 u/ml

Insulin lispro

On the front

Then there's a lot number etc on the back.
