How to get Mounjaro

Hello, Total newbie to the forum. Just want to know how did you manage to get Mounjaro, as Boots and other reputable companies seem not to want to give it to you if taking meds for diabetes. Also I’m aware it’s not really available yet through NHS. I’m confused!
 
It is partly due to what a particular medication is licenced for but not only that people need to fulfil certain criteria. These sort of medications need to be under medical supervision rather than handed out willinilli.
