Evening everyone I have come to the end of my first cartridge in my pen and need to replace it but I have no idea how to dispose of it? absolutely daft question I no but do I just pop it in the bin or in the sharp box?
Never thought of this and dn never said anything about disposing it 😱

Well, I know some people put it into glass recycling, but I just chuck mine out in the normal household rubbish 🙂

yep, just chuck them in the bin!

I never even considered the fact they could go in glass recycling! I'm the same I just chuck mine in the bin 🙂

I put mine in the sharps box with my used pen needles. That's what my DN told me to do.

Well I spose they are glass so you would need to wrap em in the normal bin. But they have rubber in the bungs, so they can't go in the glass recycling, can they?

I used to stick em in the foil/plastic I'd just taken off the new cartridge, and ordinary bin em meself. It's easier now with vials, cos I keep them in their little boxes with the leaflet, in the fridge, so back they go in there before binning.

I think it's misuse of a sharps box, as they aren't sharp !
