That would suggest your blood glucose is too high Annette are you testing yourself before and after food?Angelica, my goodness you discover new things every day, I must try it, but hiw do I get it, i.e., in what form should I take it?
If I am not good, I am running to the loo way too much. I hate it, but this doesn’t happen on low carb. I let this slip over Christmas, and bitterly regret it. I would be interested to know Drummer if you follow low carb from a book, or just finding what you should have by checking itinternet. I’m desperate to get back.
Often wondered too if anyone has low carb dessert ideas?
If your problem is because blood glucose is too high it might not be a good idea to use a supplement that stops you urinating.
If you can get your blood glucose down you won't have so many trips to the loo.

Supplements may not be a good idea and they help with loss of appetite

Reducing blood glucose levels seems like the best option.
