I have noticed people asking about how many calories they should be eating.

An online calculator here with some added information, including calories needed to "zig zag" your diet and get the weight loss moving again if you have stalled with your weight. We don't all need to eat the same amount of calories depending on age, present weight, height, levels of exercise. The 2000 for women and 2500 for men is only a rough guide.

Thanks Maisie 🙂 Apparently, I need 2366 cals a day to maintain my current weight. I'm surprised really, thought it would be more than that whereas it turns out to be less than the 'rough' number that is generally recommended!
 
Mine says 1750 for a maintenance level and 1450 to lose fat.

To be honest I eat less than both of those to maintain my weight.😱
 
2247 to maintain and 1798 to lose... interesting. I wonder what I do eat, calories wise.. I only ever look at the carbs.. :/

I'm the same, I don't think I have ever counted up the calories of what I eat in a day. I do sometimes look at products - pizza, for example - and see how many cals if I'm expecting it to be huge, and won't buy if it is.
 
1309 cals. Sounds about right to me.

I don't even do that! XD Golly, is that bad? Saying that, I tend to only eat 10" or smaller... if that makes much difference I'm not sure. Rarely eat deep pan these days too.

I think I might do a calorie tally up today - because I'm curious! 🙂
 
I need 2520 to maintain my current weight and 2016 to lose weight.
 
Mine is similar to slipper -1758 to maintain, 1426 for weightloss.
Extreme loss- too low 😛
 
2275 for maintain 1958 for weightloss
