Hi , when you have a bad day how long does it take for your body to normalise ?

I kept off all the cakes and all things sweet.

Type 2 diet exercise and 2 X 500 Metformin.

Some people find that adding extra activity or exercise can help? Like a brisk walk, or even some gardening / chores

Depends what sort of 'bad' day I happen to have had! Bad in what way, and do you know why?
